The Carnivore Diet
#61
Dude...

The way that I CRAAAAAVVVVVVEEEEE meat.

I mean...

It's sad as fuck to me that there are vegans out there just willingly starving themselves of the very things their bodies want THE MOST.

I never had any problems craving meat before I ever tried the vegan diet...

Because I was getting everything I needed.

But a year and a half into the vegan bullshit, when I knew I had to give it up...

From around that time onward I have literally FANTASIZED about eating meat.

This was BEFORE I ever heard of the "carnivore diet" and I couldn't even FATHOM eating raw meat, thinking that undercooked steak is "dangerous" or something. In essence, BRAINWASHED.

Yet I still had these VISIONS of myself sitting on the ground in the wild literally EATING the bloody meat of a freshly killed, large animal, right out of the carcass. For real.

PRIMAL instinct... this vision comes from the very foundation of our animal consciousness. The body consciousness. Your body KNOWS what it needs.

Yeah the enteric nervous system in our guts is pretty amazing. Has is own serotonin and can work on its own even after being severed from brain connection. We feel fear in our guts because of it.

TBH... a rare steak is easier to chew than a lot of vegetables are.

"I now think the whole ‘vegan movement’ has been a conspiracy"

I can tell the various media is propaganda in ways which would only stick out to the trained eye...

It’s like the aftermath of their original push lost steam, and now they’re operating phase 2 (or maybe 3 or 4) of the ‘vegan movement’...

Very transparent. I think their focus must be to wear down the health of those who choose to follow the movement based off emotional manipulation in said media. After all, the degrading of health (in every capacity) usually is at the root of all their efforts.

There is undoubtedly subconscious guilt there, and ‘they’ are playing upon that guilt.

I eat all kinds of meat but i think we must reduce by 50 percent . As time goes on and humanity discovers more and more how deeply animals feel and understand their surrounding then our guilt becomes even more profound. We need some good documentaries made about the people working in slaughterhouses and how that changes their personalities. I just wanna cut down meat intake not eliminate. Perhaps oneday we could grow meat without brains attached...

Frank Tufano is awesome. I don't agree with all his views, but he is doing great work.
