I just went to a Billy Corgan concert in Nashville...

The set list is finally up...

https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/billy-cor...30847.html

Hearing Spaceboy live was surreal, it was like a dream. I think it may be my favorite Pumpkins song.

Last night I read all his LiveJournal confessional entries...

It was hardcore. Fascinating... a new appreciation.

Now I get it.

I'd also like to applaud Billy on his gratuitous overuse of the ellipsis...

It's after all my favorite punctuation, special place in my heart that goes back to circa 2002.

I can really relate to him on that one and psychologically it's interesting because it denotes an uninhibited stream of consciousness style of communication.

I find the use of the ellipsis shows a great amount of feeling behind the message being shared.

It signifies a feeling being translated into language.

Somebody just uploaded this one...

It's funny because just today I was thinking of this face he made circa 2:30...

It was cute.

There was a bit of unintentional trolling going on with the audience, who definitely meant well. But they were just uh...

We'll say they were 'eager'.

I just can't get over how perfectly haunting and penetrating his voice was...

How can something be sharp and piercing, yet be so peaceful and gentle at the same time?

2:40 dude that is such a badass ring.

This is the most tolerable Joe Rogan has ever been.

43:40 check out what Billy says...

This universe and any universe not yet discovered?

Wow man.

That should fucking say it all right there.

I mean I get his explanation of what it 'really meant' but I most certainly have my suspicions which go far beyond that in scope.

I've watched a shitload of interviews with Billy Corgan over the last few weeks and I've never seen him be anything but totally honest. Joe Rogan though... every now and then I get these weird disingenuous vibes off Joe. And that's why I don't like watching the guy. To compare these two, Billy Corgan seems like a totally upfront/innocent dude, and Joe Rogan is like 78.9% above board, and 21.1% shifty. The guy fishes and steers. Not saying he's doing this to Billy (that much)... but I think it's because for some reason people just don't fuck with Billy. There's some kind of natural 'firewall'.

1:48:04 gets interesting with the mention of Alex Jones and free speech kinda stuff. Great interview. Apparently Billy's book is like thousands of pages, LOL, can't wait to buy that. It may be the longest book I ever manage to read...
