Just say no to virtual reality, just say no to merging your consciousness with robots

They will try to use this type of tech, virtual reality, etc. to attain 'immortality'.

But it is futile... death is inevitable and cannot be avoided. That is a fact that should be embraced, not loathed and avoided in ignorance.

There are a great number of phenomenon that can (and inevitably would) cause death even if people took on robot bodies. EMPs, natural disaster, etc. etc. Ahahaha...

Imagine that.

An asteroid comes and destroys the planet, and there's your trapped robot body, unable to die and holding your consciousness hostage. Maybe you'll get lucky and the robo-body will melt or something. God help you if you can 'feel' with the robot body... then the molten heat won't kill you and you'll just be trapped consciousness in an impervious vessel, able to feel the pain that would typically end in a swift death for the human body.

This is only one of multitudes of nightmarish scenarios that can take place with this stupid robot/consciousness fusion.

HUMAN LIFE, in a HUMAN BODY, here on EARTH is the ULTIMATE VIRTUAL REALITY.

DEATH is a BUILT IN SAFEGUARD.

It's there for your protection buddy...

I am telling you guys. REJECT this virtual reality crap, REJECT the robot takeover.

Sure, have your little robot vacuum cleaner than keeps the house tidy.

Have your freaking sex robot if you want...

But when the day comes that they give you the option to merge your consciousness with a robot?

You better say no.

The danger isn't in downloadable brains.

The danger isn't in having a robot buddy.

The danger is giving your consciousness over to a TRAP you can't get out of.

THAT is HELL.

They'll pass virtual reality off as a 'fun' art tool, something you can make cool moving pictures in 3D with.

But it won't stop at that...

Eventually, they will want you to merge your consciousness with a robot, or just a computer.

Your BODY will either be put on ice, or it will be kept in a conTRAPtion that uses its natural energy force like a battery.

Heaven is on earth...

Hell is on earth.

Be careful what you agree to experience.

Prison, entrapment, being held against one's wishes (ultimately)...

It's is a concept that has its variations from the micro to the macro.

To merge your consciousness with a robot or with a computer is to trap yourself...

And there are no safeguards like there are with the human body.

I have often said, I wish I could download certain peoples' brains into my brain.

I mean it too.

I think that would be great.

But there is a difference between recording the information/data of someone's brain...

And taking a living person, putting their body on ice, and merging their consciousness with a robot or a computer.

Taking a 'map' of the brain and therefore the information stored within it is one thing. It's like taking a picture of something, and all the info is recorded in that picture.

It's no more the ACTUAL CONSCIOUSNESS of the person than a book or a photo is the ACTUAL EMBODIMENT of whoever wrote it, or whatever is shown therein.

The merging of the consciousness with machine is an entirely different matter...

When they hook you to the 'virtual reality' machine, and your body goes limp, and you enter into a VR world... that is not the same as doling out 5000 copies of Bob's brain map in chip form.

It's GIVING OVER of one's time, power, and mind to a MACHINE and a FAKE reality. It's giving over one's LIFE FORCE, in real time, to a machine.

Your body will lay motionless, dormant and stagnant while your mind is lollygagging around in some stupid made up crap... the body will have to be kept alive via all forms of unnatural manipulation.

If ANY of the machinery fails for any reason (EMP, etc.) your body dies, and the machine is fried... therefore, you die.

All that keeps you consciously experiencing this reality is the tether from your HUMAN BODY (natural life force) to EXISTENCE (natural life force)...

If you were to sever the connection between your HUMAN BODY and EXISTENCE, that is if you were to agree that your consciousness may be 'uploaded' into a machine, and your human body KILLED... you would cease to consciously experience life in existence. You would be no more conscious than a video game character, because then all the machine would be dealing with is your brain map.

All that allows you to interface with machines, using your brain map, is your HUMAN BODY via its connection to EXISTENCE.

This whole thing is so unbelievably dumb.

The RECORDING OF THE SONG is not the ACTUAL SONG. It is not the room the song was recorded in, it is not the instrument the song was recorded with...

IT'S A REPRESENTATION of the vibration of the song.

It's the event of the playing of the song in real time, recorded onto a medium in the form of information.

That's it.

Your consciousness experiencing ANY KIND OF VIRTUAL REALITY is DEPENDENT on your BODY.

And that is why...

Your body WILL be kept alive in this paradigm of virtual reality/merging man's mind with machine.

And it WILL be used...

By forces that are so far beyond the comprehension of anyone who is out of touch enough with natural, healthy life to be willing to merge themselves with a machine.

How the hell can movies like The Matrix exist and people are STILL going to line up in droves to have their bodies put in stasis and their minds plugged into a machine?

Holy shit! How shockingly dumb are people??

It's fucking sad, folks.

I've always said it...

The adaptability and programmability of the human is its biggest fault, originally intended to be its saving grace... taken advantage of by the evil forces which seek to control the destiny of man.

Word.

I don´t think you have to worry about a consciousness going into robots though, I´m fairly certain that´s not possible. I want to trust the Universe already implemented a safeguard against that... Wink

I'm not, I said that here:

But is it possible to put the body into stasis and consciously 'dream' in a virtual reality world? Probably.

That is what they're attempting to do with all this new tech. It's been in the hollywood propaganda for decades.

This all reminds me of that first episode the new black mirror season... Have you watched it?

Nah, I generally don't watch new shows...

I just feel like it's all 2% entertainment and 98% propaganda.

It's disturbing and sad as shit...

They're not really making it look like a good thing.

Hard to say whether this endgame RV plan will actually be put in place successfully, or if the whole of technology will collapse before then.

All it takes is a huge solar flare hitting the earth and we´re back at the bonfire :) For better or worse.

luckily i am myopic and my corrective lenses make it extraordinarily annoying to wear an additional set of lenses/screens. i'm also prone to getting headaches from wearing hats or headphones so yeah, long term VR exposure is not up my alley.

the thought of existing within the internet as consciousness, able to search, collate, and distribute data... that could be super useful. but, at what cost to what end...

Ahhh, thank God...

We can both keep wearing glasses and using clunky computers and cuddling each other to death with our actual bodies.
