She's fine and all, no problem with her. I did watch her videos more before she actually got the hi-top van.

Yes I don't like it either, I feel like she is talking to teens rather than adults, she must have a younger audience.

Very time consuming to work on. That's what I like about the van, buy a stripped cargo E 350 gas V 10 used and you have a blank canvas to do whatever you want with the inside and outside for that matter.I guess though it all boils down to how much room you need

Secret is to use many termination boxes so you don't have long wiring. And it isn't hard or time consuming to pull another wire even the length of that huge bus. But fuck I wouldn't wan't an RV that big anyway even if someone gave me one for free I would just sell it. Way to big. Just a small 2 person.

I wouldn't own a motorhome either, and what is a termination box? sounds like a box where someone goes to crock lol.
Terminal panels and junction boxes/ fuses panels are all over a rig that big
As far as the wiring, try to tell a customer that owns a 300,000 dollar rig ,after you have removed most of one wall and their fancy ass granite countertops just to find a short in 2 wires causing their power slide area not to retract, that your going to run a dirty overlay wire and see how that goes. I wasn't saying I built them just worked on them. I just wrote this to clarify, nothing bad meant.

Intermediate termination boxes aka junction boxes aka whatever you want to call them.
You shouldn't run a wire the whole length of a bus, like they do in commercial operations.
You never let a wire go more than a certain length so if it fries you can just run another easy.
But the problem is, many run the wiring straight through the foam insulation, you should use duct not only for easily pulling another wire through, but for fire protection.
It depends on the manufacturer how stingy they are I worked for sunliner they always used duct.
And if you are doing it yourself for your own vehicle well never make it hard to repair. Make everything easily access.
You should not need to pull a counter top just for wiring.

Well Trix, from the sounds of it when you decide on a van or what ever. Between fungi and I we could knock that project out in no time.
I have to say though there may be some head butting lol Big Grin

LOLOL, Jbrd... awwwe. You're so thoughtful!

But if I did the van thing, all I would need is for the back seats to be ripped out.

I'd do absolutely nothing else special to it... besides easy stuff like fitting curtains or whatever.

Okay, let's critique every single thing this chick says:

1:30 a totally minute point. If you know you're going out into some nasty conditions like snow etc., put down towels for when you come back in. It's not rocket science.

1:45 if you're constantly sweeping the house, at least it's not 10+ times bigger like most houses are. I mean, what the hell is this chick even bitching about? You can tell she just made this video for views and $$$, and worse than that she's the nagging type because who the hell could even come up with this kinda shit otherwise?

2:14 my take on this is that a stationary toilet is a waste of space. I think sinks are a waste of space too.

2:44 you have to "sit to pee" as a man using a composting toilet?? What? Why?? Alright, I'm gonna have to Google this shit. Alright, I can't find a clear answer on this. So I'm judging this whole thing as a big tedious load of bullshit. Fuck composting toilets and fuck toilets in general, how about that?

3:15 seems like sex would be sorta limited in a bed area like that. You're certainly not gonna be able to pick a bitch up and throw her across a bed like that.

3:30 so open 5 or 6 of the 30 fucking windows, the hell is the problem?

4:15 who the fuck wants a bunch of people in their house regardless? It'd be great to have the tinyhouse just for the excuse of not being able to have any damn guests.

6:26 driving around with a tinyhouse is dumb as a box of shit in my opinion anyway. It's called a van... get one. Tinyhomes should stay in one place just like regular houses. It's fine if you're transporting it to move to another piece of land. But if you're just traveling around... get a damn van.

She does seem kinda anal, and most of the video was talking about guests lol. I don't have people over because I would rather be alone, that's just me but I think every one should at least try being alone for at least a week every now and then,it's good for the mind in my opinion.
I've done the whole going out, having people over I'm over that.
I like my peace and quiet.

That's a nice damn van. It'd be a lil big for me (my personal opinion), but really excellent score.

Everywhere I go lately, I see vans and I just know people are living the dream in them.

Why can't I?!!!

She seems excited about it. I love old cars too, i think they were made better and that one seems super clean.

I'd like a van from the 70s with an 8 track player for that smooth analog sound. I think i even have a few lying around, like John Denver.

I'd never paint the wood trim red though.
