Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: Least intelligent person ever elected?

If you meet someone who thinks intelligence is synonymous with education, you're probably talking to one of these idiots.

Well that has more to do with the observed Dunning Krueger effect. What I’m talking about is how the average person knows well enough when they’re in the presence of someone an intellectual class above them. But they can’t distinguish between many higher levels of intellect of them. In fact, the reasoning of a person with elevated IQ such as 140 and above might not even seem reasonable to someone with an iQ of only 100. That’s why you don’t see the smartest people in politics. We see people like George W. Bush (IQ around 125) and John Kerry (around 117). i.e., we see people who are around but not much more than 20 points above their constituents. Superior intellects (Al Gore, 130+) either don’t get hired or go into a more remunerative profession (i.e. Ben Bernanke, IQ 150-160+).

I think this lady is a killer though. Those type of eye expressions can be a result of an excited, exuberant mood as well. She’s attractive, picturesque and I could see her doing a term or two in politics, the charm wears off and she retires from public service and becomes a writer or consultant. I don’t see her getting very far running with the “socialist” tax, honestly it seems to be there for marketing / attention-getting purposes. Everybody kept talking about how strong Bernie’s “socialist democract” platform resonated with the young people. Well, Bernie couldn’t beat Hillary in the Dem primaries and she lost the EC to Trump by a pretty good margin. Outside of some liberal urban hipsters and ultra feminists and your occasial disenfranchised odd-ball white folks on the outskirts of every little town in America there isn’t much love for a “socialist” movement in the good old USA. At least not in 2018. This could change though. ??

I wouldn’t doubt that she could be a Qabbalist who has done rituals, up to and including shedding of innocent blood. However, just because she is a deviant doesn’t mean she has killed people. And it’s not even clear she is a deviant. She registers to me as a zealot.

Her great asset in politics is she’s a minority in a majority-minority district. As such she has real staying power and I would argue she has great potential depending on how willing she is to work with Republicans because the Democrats don’t want her around threatening the nests they’ve feathered for themselves. We all know politicians in either party would rather lose an election than to lose their hold on power.

To expand upon the IQ of the elected class, you’re going to see this same general development across racial class, perhaps across all SEC. For instance, black districts elect a Sheila Jackson Lee, or a Maxine Waters, i.e., women of mean intelligence, but they don’t elect someone like Ben Carson, renowned pediatric neurosurgeon, or Alan Keyes, former diplomat. It doesn’t matter how you slice it, people are unable to recognize extreme competence. They can recognize basic competence, or even basic advanced competence, but they can’t recognize the more extreme examples of intelligence. You could show someone a basic theorem from Calculus I, and you might as well be explaining the physics of the Saturn V rocket. Either one makes about as much sense to them.

Well she hasn’t given me one yet. But I won’t give up on that.

Coincidence that she's talking about Reagan?

I don't think so.

I don't think so at all...

Her seemingly "random" mention of Ronald Reagan and "Reaganism" is a response to YouTuber Mr. Reagan's video.

Do you think Gore truly believes in AGW, or is he deliberately conning us to further the globalist agenda?

He might have if the primary wasn't rigged. We'll never know.

There's no doubt that he does not believe in climate change. Apocalypse is highly archetypal, and anyone selling it will make big bucks. Everybody from Harold Camping in the 2010s, Marshall Applewhite in the 1990s, the Millerites in the 1840s, even the Apostles in the years following the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and in much more ancient times, Noah. People fear terror and they fear the culmination of all terrors worst of all, earth desolation (or damnation of the soul, for those who believe in that sort of thing). It's not unusual that someone would try to monetize this fear.

I should expand upon that one line, the Apostles didn't monetize the Apocalypse and even if Noah tried he couodn't since no one but his family believed in what he was saying. But Camping profited wildly and Marshall Applewhite, I'm not sure what his motivation was. Maybe he drank the Kool-Aid.

It's hilarious how the armpits of Al Gore's blue shirt are always soaked with sweat when he's preaching AGW, as if he's using that as a subliminal prop to persuade people.

Here's the easiest way to see that Al Gore is lying: What does he need $300 mill in the bank for if the world is coming to an end? If I had massive wealth like that and inside knowledge about the ultimate course of human civilization, at a minimum I would spend that money to alleviate human suffering, and, if pathways were available, I would spend it to try to avert the calamity which was about to befall man. But just sitting on it doesn't do me or anyone any good. For if the world does end, then all that money will be brought to waste. Therefore, it should at least be spent now on human suffering, or heck, even hookers and coke is better than just letting it sit there waiting for the inevitable collapse of earth. That is how I know Al Gore is lying.
