I'm actually about to make a sweet potato casserole, super stoked.

The menu for tomorrow is huge.

I cook incredibly well actually...

ESPECIALLY this type of hearty holiday food, as a southern chick...

It's all about comforting food.

I used to go by recipes when I first learned to cook around age 18.

After a few short years I was very much intuitively cooking...

It becomes understood as a process of alchemy, and you can just 'hear' and 'smell' and of course especially see when the food is done, or whatever stage it's in, etc.
