What was frozen under Antarctica? Is the thaw calculated?

so they've had these nuclear powered laser drilling machines that can dig a mile a day since the 50s. they added to the vast underground tunnel network under north america, which is also connected to the rest of the world. [and the inner earth]

i put forth the theory that one of these laser drills were deployed by the military / corps, and ran into a pocket of water accidentally. this fucked it up and killed the operators. the water then froze outside the drill's heat radius sealing it in. thus it sits there, emitting heat in its radius.

this also works with a nuclear sub trying to tunnel in from the ocean.

volcano is the simple and most likely option.

We really cant fix the climate. The science will be come true... need build a boat by 2060 maybe... could get ugly.
Like just judging by how far and how fast our polar magnetics are shifting rapidly. If this dosnt de-accelerate it could pose a danger to our souther hemispher first. Would the Axis of the Souther Parts Be more in the dierectional force of the Suns radiations and allowing for far more radiations to melt the southern globulust. <--fukn made that one up but who cares.
