If you're in a romantic relationship, you're together enough as it is... why on earth would you need to sleep together too?? Give it a rest!

Who wants to have to worry about waking somebody up when you move around or sneeze or have to go take a piss? Just nonsense.

Besides, different people need different sleeping conditions... for example, I have to use a heated blanket a lot because I get cold. That's perfect for me but it could suck for someone else in bed with me.

The expectation of sleeping together in romantic relationships is pure garbage and it's dreadful. It makes life suck. People need to be free with each other. Sleep where you want... be around or don't. I'll see you whenever.

Remember when Lucy and Ricky slept in separate beds? That wasn't just because of the TV censors. People actually did that.

Yeah man my grandparents slept in separate beds.

Because people people get old and nasty and they snore and it's all loud and disgusting.

It's a miracle to still be together at all at that point...

No reason to push it by sleeping in the same bed.

I think people should sleep on opposite ends of the house too. The farther away the better.

Feign as much freedom as possible, it can only help.
