What's the worst communist government there has ever been?
I have been researching the Ceausescu's who ruled Romania 1965-1989. The leader Nicolae Ceausescu built the worlds largest palace consisting of 1,100 rooms costing 40% of the national income for several years while it was being built. He even had the stairs personally cut to his foot size.

The palace consumed 10 times the capitals electricity needs. All while Romanians found it hard to feed themselves. #communistfails
They made up that his wife was a scientist when she used to work in a pharmacy.
