There's no way you can lose by not giving a fuck. You can either live a (probably) shorter life, in ill health due to stress and anxiety, or you can live a possibly longer life with less ill health due to lower stress and lack of worry. 

If you don't give a fuck about anything, you could get into messy situations, but once you end up in them you'll have already been trained in not giving a fuck, and the anxiety of those situations will be lessened for you.

Besides, a lot of the time it seems like no-fucks-giving, willy-nilly idiots don't even face any consequences for being so. Especially the ones who are generally well-meaning people.

It's all an illusion. It's just a ride. Stop giving a fuck, and own it.

These are some thoughts from one of my private journals that probably should have stayed private...

This is advice that would probably only benefit like 2% of the population, but I'm in that percentile.
