This is the future they have planned.

They want to be able to track people globally in order to be able to remotely, virtually "interview" people...

Tracking them down for who knows what, just any old thing they want.

Crime, wrongthink, etc.

With 5G on every corner, something like this is more possible than ever.

Satellites, drones, etc.

They could use real people, or they could just use AI. 

But I think they intend to use real people to track other people down remotely, just like they're playing a video game.

Video games have been TRAINING the masses... for decades.

This is the future they have envisioned.

It's a chilling effect. When people know they're being watched 24/7 it will keep them in line.

They want to isolate people...

Because even if you're not the target and you just know the target, they're gonna 'interview' you.

Google Methane Inspector: "We're gonna have to tax you for all those farts, to protect the environment."
