Even the rich can't afford the healthcare here...
Let's face that right now.
If you are "rich" by normal people standards, you STILL CANNOT AFFORD a bout of cancer or any other chronic/fatal illness.
It would bankrupt you...
Without insurance, royally fucked.
And they've made insurance so complicated...
America wants you to die.
It's a beautiful place, got everything you'd ever want as far as scenery goes, for the most part...
Not entirely, but in general, there's a little bit of everything.
Sorry though...
I'm starting to think it's not the answer.

There's nothing I like better than cruising America's highways...
Listening to classic rock and being a dirty hippie...
But you can be a dirty hippie elsewhere, and sometimes you just have to walk.
Better for ya anyway.

it could be argued that the ridiculous prices are a good thing. pharmaceuticals are toxic, and only incidentally help with symptoms and conditions. the only thing people might need are things like surgeries and imaging.
i say, make the cost of 'healthcare' and 'medicine' so expensive people give up on it, and actually eat well and exercise to actively be healthy and never need a hospital.

I agree with you on a lot of levels...
But you can do everything right and still get totally fucked in this life.
And when you do get totally fucked, it makes no sense to go bankrupt paying for the most expensive "health care" on the planet (literally) when it's not even the best and you can get better for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.
