If this were being done openly to girls you would hear about it all the time on mass media. They seem not to care when boys are raped. Pentagon even instructed u.s military to look the other way when they found many boys being used as sex slaves by village elders.
Kinda like the female circumcision vs male circumcision, nobody cares if it involves the penis.

Seems like something about this has been posted and discussed before but I don't remember which thread.
