My love of camo, army green, brown etc. began when I was about 13.
I mention this because I've been on a camo kick lately, and I'm actually dyeing a few articles of clothing and stuff as we speak.
This all has to do with my summer plans...

Anyway, I've got this king size tan blanket that reminds me of sand.
I am gonna put it out in the yard and lay on it.
I'm also making a pillow that will serve solely as my laying outside pillow.
Took a couple of old white pillow cases and I'm dyeing them olive drab and brown...
I love making pillows, I've made a few in my time. I actually made a bodypillow some years back that is WAY too full and so hard to get a pillowcase on...
So I'm gonna take some innards out of that pillow and put them into this laying in the yard pillow.
All I do is just take a standard size pillow case and stuff it with Poly-Fil, then sew it up and put it in a king size pillowcase.
I can't wait to get my blanket and pillow all dirty and sweaty and never wash them!!!
I'm dyeing some socks too, but that's neither here nor there.

I don't use them for doing dips, I lay underneath them and do girly pull ups and stuff like that.
That is badass... I once had a pull up tower in my living room but decided it was giving the place too much of a DeNiro in Taxi Driver aesthetic, so I sold it on Craigslist to some young dude. About a year later I got a nonsense text, then another one apologizing saying it was pullup thing guy... then a third one awkwardly saying how great it was and thanking me. Maybe I should've given a thumbs up or something... but I couldn't erase them fast enough lol

TBH, I can understand his excitement.
Also makes sense you received the text like a year later because that's about how long you use them to hang clothes on before you actually use them for their intended purpose...
Haha I do miss it mostly for the clothes hanging aspect.
As long as it's warm toned, it's fine with me. I think cool toned camo is a heinous atrocity. Some camo borders on the greener/cool toned side, and I think that's an atrocity.
