No matter what...

You can just say no.

No one can MAKE YOU say yes.

And depending on what you're saying 'no' to, you may be judged harshly by society/people in your life, etc.

But why are they judging you? Because they are just using you. That's all people do... they use one another.

So when you say no, you're not getting used. You're refusing. Which means somebody ELSE doesn't get what THEY want.

Whatever you're saying 'no' to and refusing and not taking responsibility for... that responsibility likely falls on someone else. And whatever it is, they don't wanna have to deal with it... so they're gonna be mad at you because you said no.

But you know what? Fuck them. Say it with me... FUCK them.

They don't have to live your life, they don't have to fight your battles, they don't have to be you every day...

They don't have to. They don't get to. They aren't you, and they're not your problem...

Just like you're not their problem, and when push came to shove, they'd almost certainly make that absolutely clear.

So next time somebody wants you to do something, anything, whatever it is...

And you don't wanna do it, but you say yes just because you feel obligated, and you do it even though your heart isn't in it and even though you may actually loathe it...

Just remember that nothing good or truly beneficial ever comes from that place of feeling.

And you say no...

Fuck the consequences, and fuck all the fuckers...

Have you said no today?

I encourage you...

Say no.

It'll help if pissing people off amuses you.

It doesn't amuse me...

But it's a necessary thing sometimes, and any negative reaction out of other people when you say no just goes to prove their true colors.

Start saying no if you want to truly see who you're surrounded by.
Say yes to yourself...

And what the fuck you want, whenever you want it.

No is for other people...

Yes is for you.

Sometimes there are "authorities" that you "can't" say no to...

Certain things, usually to do with the manmade "law of the land" that you "can't" say no to.

In truth, you CAN say no to these things, absolutely.

There ARE consequences...

You CAN say fuck the consequences. But you do have to deal with the consequences...

In most everyday life situations with people and places, the consequences of saying no are severe only in your mind.

You will find the high of saying no and standing like a mountain in your resolution dampens any blow that may come from petty people being angry about your decisions.

But sometimes, there are uncomfortable consequences for refusal...

It's up to you to decide what consequences you're willing to deal with, and where you draw the line.

Personally, I'd rather say yes to certain "authorities" and have to do whatever, than to say yes to ordinary people.

It helps to be a bit of a masochist and a total pervert in some ways as you can draw sexual fulfillment from select situations which aren't even sexual.

And many times when you do this, it is a way to punish those you "must" reluctantly say yes to, do to the consequences of saying no which you have deemed are too uncomfortable to bother with...

This punishment isn't found in any books about law, or anywhere else...

It is an anomalous perversion which has real and true impact that YOU cannot be punished for in return.

Winner winner, chicken dinner.
If I "have to" do something I don't really want to do...

I will give you bad feelings and I will be in your nightmares.

Feelings can't be proven or produced for examination, and nightmares are intangible.

There are consequences for consequences imposed by saying no to you.
When you take on this attitude, there is no way to lose...

Suffering is inherent in life and no one will escape it.

Therefore any suffering caused by saying no is irrelevant.
