Lightweight, semi-sheer cotton fabric.
It dries fast and has only about 100,000 uses.
Bar towels are about the same thing. Those lint-free cotton towels that bartenders use. You can probably buy them by the case from a linen supply company.

Funny thing is, everyone I've talked to is just as clueless as we are.
