Now, I would think this was an unspoken understanding but after she flips those half-raw
pieces of chicken, I really hope she washed/disinfected those tongs before touching them
again - to remove them [fully cooked] from the skillet.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone in a cooking video make verbal note of this so it's always
kinda concerned me. You got young folks out there that think cooking is making mac & cheese
in the microwave - so I wouldn't put it past those types to cross-contaminate like a motherfucker.
