There's already an RSS parser in the same folder as the XML parser. lol

Sometimes I come across shit I can't for the life of me remember writing. There's a whole conversation on the Web between me and the developer of a  certain 6502 based computer from four years ago that I don't remember taking place, even after I re-read it.

Good thing I found the RSS parser because it's an example of how to implement an extension of the XML parser. That would've been pretty difficult to figure out again after all these years with no example to follow. Now it'll be easy to implement the Atom parser, if I don't stumble across one I've already written first.

I've watched a few Fall of Civilizations podcasts.

I was a fan of Timeline before they started busting in with obnoxious plugs for their History Hit streaming service every five minutes.

One of the best history channels is Dan Carlin's Hardcore History. He's a fabulous storyteller, always riveting. His videos are very long though. I've never been able to stay awake through a whole episode, mainly because I get started watching pretty late at night.

Yeah. I was talking to this other guy about the posdcast. We were both comparing them to Dan Carlin. I have not given those much of a listen though. I've heard some of a couple of them though. They seem really well done, and yeah good storytelling.
