Anyone ever heard of this?

I mean like, you go to bed at night and cuddle your cat to sleep and then wake up an hour later and the cat is still right there?

Is that even possible with a cat??

I want to cuddle a cat like a stuffed animal while I'm sleeping.
I know some people sleep with their dogs in the bed, which is just gross because dogs smell... no matter how small or cute they are. Fucking disgusting. But maybe worth it (for dog people) if the dog would stay in place for cuddles. Do dog people even like to cuddle? Lmao probably not.

I am not hella into cuddling people for a long time...

But I'd cuddle a nice warm fat cat for hours dude for sure.

yes , pretty much every day my kitty takes naps with me for several hours and also loves to throw himself into me at night like he has no concept of personal distancing or personal space , he is about 16 weeks so maybe its still just a juvenile cat thing . my other female cat is 4 years old and only likes to snuggle for 20 minute stints every few days and is a total bitch otherwise you really gotta watch your arm and hands when patting the miserable cunt
My precious Phoebe has laid cuddled up to my feet for about an hour
or so once before. On the bed. I was laying watching Netflix and she
came in and hopped up onto the bed and found her comfy spot down
near my feet and just stayed there. I don't think it was more than two
hours though, maybe about 90 minutes.

I don't think cats like to stay in one human-inhabited place for too long
at a stretch. Sometimes they will, like when I'm on the computer and
one of them [we have 3] would come in and find a spot, get cozy and
just stay there for a couple hours. Probably more likely with a single cat
as when there's more than one they tend to fuck with each other and
that will cause a cat to get up and go find another cozy spot.

At least in my cat experience. They come and go on whims.

I love that you have cats. I thought you were only a dog person.

Make sense on a lot of levels. Cats are psychic, interdimensional creatures too.

My cats like to snuggle up to my legs and feet, one on each side.
Okay well just brag about it why don't you.
I mean that's cool and all for sure, but it's too out of reach in my opinion.

I want an armful of kitty.

A cat has to have a job.

It's usually catching mice, but it's rare to find mice in houses nowadays.

So they need to explore new revenue streams.

The enterprising cat on the move knows that keeping your feet warm is a lucrative trade.

Every major cat is in on the racket.
