I've read that not only that but full-on talking to yourself
is just the brain's way of off-loading excess data-energy
kind of like defragmenting your hard drive and blowing
off mental/psychic steam at the same time.
Completely normal, most people do some version of that
to one extent or another.
That makes a lot of sense.
I have never really looked into it.
Though I have read that your vocal cords vibrate when you're thinking words... or something like that.
