Why would a natural say yes?
What The Fuck
What I don't understand is the famed "cheat day" of fitness buffs.
Usually some type of bodybuilder or something. They'll video themselves
piggin' out on their "cheat day" and it's usually pretty extravagant. High everything!
Sodium, fat, sugar, calories. All in to the hilt.

How is it any different than the average lazy-fuck that does no fitness program?
They probably don't go as hardcore everyday as the fitness folks do on their cheat days
but both the fit person's and the fat slob's bodies have to process the unhealthy stuff
they eat, whether it's a cheat day splurge or just a semi-daily bad food routine.

I get it that once a week is better than having it peppered throughout ALL of your eating
ALL of the time, but still, and this is kinda geared towards the food-challenge people, it's
STILL a bunch of bad-things-overload going into their bodies. And these extreme eating
challenge people have to "train" which means more than likely they've got to do this kind
of stuff at least twice a week, every week!

I just don't get how because they workout that somehow protects them from the harm
that all those bad/extra/whatever calories will do to their bodies. Fat, sugar and sodium
is STILL fat, sugar and sodium. Regardless of who's eating it.

Granted, healthier/fitter people will have less damage already done to their bodies
[assuming here] than regular slobs but calorie overload hits pretty much the same.
Minus the fact of higher metabolic rate with a person in better physical health - more
muscle mass, less fat. But the intake is still what it is. So, huh, I don't know what to
make of it. Do what ya like I suppose. Just kinda strange.
