its how she copes with all her pandemic fears . Doritos and root beer  is what fills the gaps between breakfast lunch and dinner

she plays Nintendo , she spends some time each day viewing pornos

but hey she loves herself BIGLY

what she needs is the way of the  cross

but instead   she chooses perversions and gluttony and other sins

pretty sure she travels to se Asia also  just like ghislaine

She'll have to cross the 100 pound barrier first.

I'd wager she's about 5' 6" - 120lbs. Just a hunch.
Hey, when social-closening is a thing again I could get me a job
at the carnival. Guessing shit. *giddy*
Yeah, 120 sounds about right.

Social closening.

so her big belly is worrying me
I'm actually feeling pretty baller, those lifestyle changes I made months back have been a massive help...

Standing up all day has been a big game changer for me.

I look forward to it, but I don't think everyone would feel that way about it... you gotta WANT to make those changes.

Will it save my life though? Hmm. Well, it's all about balance. In some ways it may, but in other ways, probably not.
But no I'm not fat...

Aside from not eating much unhealthy stuff and not really eating until dinner or so (usually) I don't try NOT to be fat either though.

I have been looking into acceptable ways that I can exercise which fit along with my existing lifestyle, and it's working out. It's just proven fact that as the years go by you have to try harder and harder not to be a fatass... hormones.
I think sweating is a super key part of maintaining health too though... the crucial part there of course being proper hydration after the fact.

I do have a little sugar in my coffee though. I'm not proud of it but I just love the flavor. I go long periods using no sugar in it too though. Other than that I drink water all day... lately I've been having it seasoned with lime too, it makes things exciting.

I worked with this dude from Chile he was like a little guy fuck was he strong.
Every weekend he would always go to the steam sauna thing he swore its what made him healthy by sweating.
We have a choice between sugar and those fake sugar pills, I tested this and found it elevated my liver enzymes so went back to raw sugar.
That Aspartame shit is good for coffee but it definitely messes with you so I will never touch it again.
You have to have some sweetness in coffee or its just not the same.
I've been trying to ratchet down the sugar intake. Doing ok I'd say.
Most days I hover between 17 - 33g of sugar. Little squares of dark chocolate.
I just know if I don't have ANY kind of something sweet, it'll just turn on me
and I'll go and do something stupid like eat a whole pint of Ben & Jerry's.

But I'm doing good.

No, you will save your life.
I do love the standing up though...

I read something about Qi and whatnot though, it said you should sit down to eat and apparently you should eat slow or something.

I never do either of those things.

I guess I should. Sigh.
Never drink cold liquids with your food either.
I'm guilty of that though. Warm drinks don't thwart digestion.
It's why most Asians drink hot tea with their meals.

Comanches, they aint gonna like us killing them friends of theirs, we best get moving.

It's fascinating stuff to me I started reading about a bit ago. This is a very brief display of things associated with it, things you mentioned.

A little sugar never hurt anybody. I guzzle ice cold sweet tea all day long. I add a cup of cane sugar per gallon. That's way less than any manufactured beverage. A minuscule amount compared to the amount of corn syrup they put in soda to get the same sweetness as sugar.

This is the Golden Age of something, but I don't know what yet.
A little sugar, sure. That's fine, I mean SOME sugar is necessary.

The Golden Age of songs about sugar? LOL! Don't forget this one...

Isn't that like the OG sugar song? LOL!

No, it's like there's been an as yet unrecognized paradigm shift, and the present day will be looked back upon as the high water mark of the coming era.
