Didn't watch the video, but I don't see any legal consequences for ThemTube over removing a video. The standard line of thinking is that it's a privately-owned platform, and they can censor it however they want. Unless ThemTube's status has changed to that of a regulated public utility, there's no law against it.
He rightly stated in that video that "they" control every social media site.
It's not just YouTube.
But I tell you what...
This guy is smart.
