When "it" goes down, a pre-recorded message will be broadcasted using all emergency systems.

It will be a lengthy message detailing the evils that have been perpetrated on innocents (America and beyond), and all types of other secrets brought into the light...

It'll play on repeat for days.

It's unlikely you'll be able to turn on any device without hearing it or without at least the manuscript being displayed.

On screened devices, there may be an accompanying video, but this is not guaranteed.

If they could play it throughout the air itself, they probably would.

Only places that'd be possible (without outing "previously unknown" tech) would be cities.

It's about to go down.
