I got 20 minutes into this movie before I realized I should be commentating. ROFL!

My thoughts so far are:

1. Slowly but surely, this chick is gonna learn not to be a such a cunt.
2. The global warming chick totally killed her. That's what I honestly think at this juncture.

I thought the movie had an interesting premise... I vaguely remember hearing about it when it came out, but I'm pretty sure I was boycotting movies back in 2017. As I understand it, the plot is sort of like a "Groundhog Day" idea where she lives the day over and over and eventually figures out who killed her. Since she's a total bitch to everyone, it could be anybody in the movie.

But I TOTALLY want it to be the global warming activist chick because I think it'd perfectly showcase how crazy those people are! It'd be hilarious!

It's listed as a "black comedy" but I haven't really laughed at any of it yet. I just think the way she treats people is so bad that it doesn't really put me in the mood to laugh so far.

20:00 it's weird that her name is "Tree"... according to Wiki, short for Theresa. Pretty sure that's not a thing.

20:30 she's sooo rude to this guy, and he's pretty nice honestly. Her friends are total bitches too.

21:50 so I take this to mean that her mom is dead?

23:20 hmmm, so maybe it wasn't the global warming chick.

23:35 that's a pretty dress.

23:50 so the toy is playing "Happy Birthday"... it must be someone who really knows her. Wonder if she can avoid getting killed if she doesn't do the same thing again?

24:55 whatever, she was totally right to fucking clock that guy. You don't just do that to people, surprise party or not... so stupid.

26:24 gah, these whorish parties are so dismal. I'm so glad I never did this shit in life.

26:40 the way he's leading her to him is mega creepy. I'd be so freaked out.

27:10 lmfao I thought the "APPLAUSE" sign said "APPLESAUCE".

27:30 so what's the deal? Is it a situation where she gets murdered no matter what? That sucks!

28:00 okay that's... low key gay. I mean, totally awesome but. Yeah. SLIGHTLY gay.

28:30 ummm, what the fuck.

29:10 she actually fights back really well, I dig that.

30:40 jeez, she's not learning to be any less of a cunt yet. WTF? I get it, she's freaked out, but still, damn.

33:20 she should just try skipping town.

34:55 "Enjoy today because there is no tomorrow." So this was premeditated and it's somebody who has access to her room??

37:30 oh come on, where the fuck did he even come from. This is stupid.

40:35 she totally needs to marry this guy.

42:25 this whole segment right here has definitely been the funniest part of the movie, LOL.

59:40 well this is the nicest she's been so far. She totally doesn't care anymore, she has a way better personality now.

This all has something to do with repeatedly missing the phone call from her dad.

1:03:40 ohhh, so that dude killed her mom and now he's after her?!

1:05:30 wow, finally he's unmasked.

1:06:55 that's some pretty deep shit right there though... dunno if it's gonna work out the way she thinks, but I guess you gotta give her props for trying.

1:07:55 seems like she's finally learned to be nice.

1:09:00 well they totally started loading it up with propaganda here at the end, but it was a pretty enjoyable flick regardless.

1:10:15 "I'm gonna have his babies" bwhahahaha fuck yes!!!

1:19:55 I mean it's a cute story and all but... in reality, she'd totally get arrested. And be in the hospital for those injuries.

1:21:30 oh wow... WTF.

Apparently there's a sequel to this movie. Gay.

1:23:20 oh damn, what a plot twist!!!

Well at least they didn't leave it on a cliff hanger... that was gonna piss me off.

1:28:10 their love story is super cute though.

1:29:45 lol there's a "They Live" poster on the wall... never noticed that before.

Definitely a cute love story though.

As far as there being a sequel, seems pointless... but I appreciate the fact that there's no reason whatsoever to watch it.
