Yeah, true... but in natural ways. The things women do to their bodies these days because of social media culture are just plain unnatural. They target specific areas just for the purpose of making them bigger, which is totally crazy to me.

That's exactly the problem.
It's the cause of diabetes as well.
It's all about the food.
For the most part, I don't eat stupid shit.
The worst stuff I eat regularly is Doritos... LOL. I love Doritos. Listen... you gotta have something fun now and then.
When I drink soda, it has to have real sugar. I do like the real sugar soda, I won't BS you about it. But when I drink soda, I make sure I drink at least twice the amount of water. I'll open a soda and drink it throughout the day (I don't care if it's warm) while I'm drinking water in between.
I generally dislike sweets... but like everything else, sometimes you want some. The only candy I've really been known to eat is cinnamon candy, Junior Mints, and AirHeads. I don't actually have any of that stuff at the moment.
I may eat an occasional cookie, but I never eat it all... I like the edges.
I have been known to cook up a mug cake when things get extreme though. That happens maybe a couple times a year at most.
Back at the end of 2019 I perfected my cookie dough recipe (very unique) and I've never eaten so many cookies in my life. They were the jam cookies I used to post about.
The most important thing I stick to in my diet is fiber. Gotta have the greens. It's indispensable to have some type of fiber with every meal, and if I don't get it in the meal, I always supplement.
I prefer having sugar in my coffee, but sometimes I go without it. Always gotta have cream though.
I can't think of any super unhealthy things that I eat/drink regularly. Even when it's sorta sinful, I try to keep it reasonable. I think the most important thing to remember is just to drink a lot of water during/after you eat something that isn't the healthiest.
I have been known to indulge in fast food. Starting in 2019, if I ate any fast food, I'd also prepare some greens to have with it. But in 2020? I can count the number of times I've had fast food on one hand... and I do not think I'll ever have it again with any frequency in the future. I've discussed the reasons here, and they're more relevant than ever:

It's just too dangerous now and there is no reason whatsoever to risk it.
