Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, so even though it's a full moon, I think it'd be fine to put out your intentions with it.
On October 16, there's a new moon in Libra, and that is a good time to reinforce whatever intentions you put out with the Aries new moon.
The idea is that with the next full moon, the intentions set on the new moon come to fruition.
So I think it's a good idea to use all three moons for that purpose this time because there's a full moon in Taurus on the 31st of October and it's actually a blue moon as well.
When the 31st full moon rolls around, I recommend doing a special little ceremony to officiate your intentions, and that should be pretty powerful.
