our societies are becoming way too sedate and way too much free time for humans to sit around typing and shit
perhaps we need mandatory community exercising like say that islam prayer 5 times a day you get a loud fucking horn and you must hop on your exercise bike which is hooked into the web so authorities can monitor your progress
or maybe just wear your Fitbit and have them track you like that so you can do other exercises like chase shit outside
