I've noticed this a few times in the past week...
I'll get startled for one reason or another (I startle easy)...
Or flustered for one reason or another...
Anything that sort of suddenly/sharply increases heart rate...
Then I'll get this sort of dull throbby pain that radiates throughout the breast/chest area over my heart for a few minutes until my heart rate goes down.
I used to get a sharp pain in my chest a while back and noticed that it also hurt when I tried to breathe deeply.
Sometimes when you're flustered you have trouble breathing.
one offs i wouldn't worry about. something that keeps repeating should be looked into.
Is it sort of under your left arm? Like not directly over your heart but a little left?
Directly over my heart and all the way to the armpit/below the armpit.
It would be a lot simpler if you used sign language.
Get back in the kitchen and bring me my breakfast sauseges
Its your aorta thinning waiting to burst.
Not cholesterol or plaques.
You know how you hear about people dying of heart attacks?
Well not all heart attacks are the same.
Sometimes your aorta just bursts.
Unlike a clot where you could probably get saved, (not likely) you will instantly go to the other dimension.
You will probably start to see old pets and relatives before this happens.
Death is life.
That sounds kinda awesome.
