Hi there Interstellar! I’ve been around the various forums for quite a long time now. Probably made a right proper ass of myself at various times on assorted platforms. Been quite a fan of MO and I’ve made some other friends along the way and I’m wondering if any might be on here too! Just about everywhere else knows me as CM. SavvySerpent was just a music project name I was toying with a while back that I decided to use on here. I really like this forum and the content here that isn’t so inundated with political hubris. Thank you, MO, for giving us all this space and I look forward to participating more and making some new friends here! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hiya hiya SS, good to see ya!!!
Thanks so much for saying something, hey you made your first thread on the forum's 5th birthday, neato!!!
Wish there was some kinda prize!!!
Hey I just wanted you to know, I did edit your OP of mentioning the initials of the other community websites you've been on...
I recognize most of them but we try not to engage in discussion about other online communities such as ourselves, because all of us deserve respect.
Each website (forum, et al) is like a home, and people's homes should be respected. However we totally will talk shit about social media ghettos like FB, Twitter, etc. because they are way too gargantuan and a true problem in the world.
I hope you understand that it's just part of the rules, and there truly aren't many rules (all info is linked at bottom of page)...
But the few there are really are put in mind to protect everybody who visits here, and to protect our respect for other peoples' sites as well.
We believe in everyone having their own personal website where they can invite everyone, or even cultivate a public platform with, there is even a thread about how to do it...

Thanks for your post and let me know if I can help you with anything.
Be sure to read my upcoming book,
So You Want to Be a Shitpoaster, for pro tips and advice for getting the most from your shitpoasting experience.

I shatposted today maybe like once or twice.
Shitpoasting is thug life for keyboard warriors.

I love it! I had a shitpoasting meme page on FB a few years back. In its heyday my page had over 50k likes and my reach was incredible. I’d have some content that would get upwards of 100k shares/likes lol it was pretty incredible! It was so cool because it was all content that I’d create either stupid ass witty text posts making jokes or I’d make actual memes and share them and a lot of folks would contact me and tell me how much they appreciated the content and could relate and how it helped them through the dark shit they were going through. A lot of it was very tongue in cheek self deprecating humor mostly centered around my rapidly deteriorating mental health and my many other short comings and flaws. Kinda dumb to a lot of people I suppose but I loved it! Can’t wait to read your book!

Well, it'll be moar of a pamphlet, really. There's not much you can say that'll make a shitpoaster out of someone who isn't naturally inclined to it.
It's actually gonna be a zine.
Didn’t mean to double post.

Do you like doing a lot of outdoors activities?

Well, my gf is coming up to stay for the weekend she will be here in a few hours so mainly just hanging out spending time with her we’ll probably do up a real nice roast on Sunday I’ve got it out thawing will get her in the slow cooker at some point.
I’m outdoors quite a bit because I live and work on call as needed on a vineyard! There’s always something going on whether it’s tending to the cordons themselves pruning, marking fresh cuts, preventative maintenance stuff like spraying to ward off various diseases and then on really cold nights there’s a whole process we have to regulate the temperature here in the valley where the vineyard rests where we have several large wind machines and we’ve found that those nights we do our burn piles and just tend to a large bonfire throughout the colder parts of the night and early morning to ward off the frost that otherwise could kill much of the crop at this very fragile part of the growing process.
I love it, and my boss is incredible and I live in such a beautiful and absolutely luxurious place and everything I need or want is provided for. Plus it’s so exciting to be learning a craft, immersing myself in something that’s been a practice for thousands of years something so ancient and very pure. Even my absolute worst mental health days or most stressed out tired days here are still the very best days of my life thus far and each day is so ripe and full with blessing and opportunity!
That’s so so so cool that my timing just happened to line up with Interstellar’s 5th birthday! Happy birthday and congratulations! You have an amazing forum and I love the content you post and the over all feel of the community. It’s really an honor to have found it and to be here. I’d had the board bookmarked forever now and I’d often just read through stuff or find interesting things YouTube’s or reading things other members share it’s a pretty unique down to earth board, very refreshing and instantly makes one feel at home. MO, you’ve done exceptionally well! Keep up the great work!
Also I love that thread where you explain how to start a personal website for oneself. Very informative and as soon as I get access to a laptop here soon I’m going to get started on that! Thanks for putting that outline together, it’s actually very relevant to some creative projects I have going on right haha it was nice the Universe just brought me all that information in such a nice and succinct presentation at oddly enough what happened to be the exact right time I was needing it!
What about you what’s your plans for the weekend? Also no worries about editing my original post, I completely understand and totally respect your desires and reasoning behind having such a rule in place. I apologize for not paying more attention to them beforehand but thanks for being so kind and gracious in explaining the reasons behind why you had to revise my post because it honestly speaks so much more about your heart and vision for the community you are growing here which I think is pretty damn cool myself.
Anyway I gotta run and hop in the shower and I still need to kinda tidy up a little bit before the gal gets over here. But thanks again for everything you do and thanks for having me here! I look forward to getting to know everyone here more and sharing with other members and just being here mingling with everyone else that happened to find this place along their own respective journeys.
Also in honor of the board’s 5th birthday I thought I’d share this really cool article about all the different symbolic stuff and weird esoteric synchronicities and mysticism surrounding the number 5! Maybe you’ll get a kick out of it!

I was just thinking about the username of somebody we all used to know back when, wondering if it was you. How long you been around, since 2009, 2010? How far back do we go?! Sorry if I seem out of the loop, I pretty much have been solely hanging out on my own site here for the past 5 years!!!

That's really cool, I just wanted to ask the outdoors question because I can just tell by your spirit that you are mega in touch with nature and it's almost like the creatures all around know you and love you!!! It was pretty trippy, definitely a notable 'nature' aura that really does speak to the good side of things.

It sounds like you've achieved a situation that would be a dream for a lot of people. Almost like you've "arrived"... it's the perfect life, and you settle into it, but where to go from there? How long until you look out to the horizon and see that there might be something else out there you didn't notice before? Or have you been around enough to know better? I think the point I'm making is that once you reach a great position in life... how long will you be there and grow from it before 'the next level' opens up for you? You're fairly young, right? A lot of years of wisdom to put under your belt still. But you already sound so... accomplished on a personal emotional level, you already sound almost complete. Do you think you might become enlightened and transcend into another dimension or something? I think it could be a possibility!!!
