Why'd you have to go and mention recording some berry picking...
At one time there was footage of me, my dad and this Jewish dude that we went on a vacation to Canada (Newfoundland) with back in like 2004...
Man it was a beautiful and idyllic time in life before any true terrible shit was really even known, like wow...
But this footage was filmed on a legitimate tape-bearing camcorder, lol. So they were these very small tapes, and would have to be transferred digitally these days in order to be shared.
When my childhood home burnt down, the tapes might have made it out but they would have been water/smoke damaged, may not even work anymore. Some stuff was salvaged, they may be in a box somewhere, but...
I consider 'em gone, along with other even more sacred items (recordings both audio/music and video) which also perished.
