Why would they kill them? They INSTALLED them!
At least at the upper levels. They kill a few of the small fish for show but always claim

in order to beat America, all you have to do is wait them out
eventually America will leave.
now that this has been proven again,
hostile nations probably will implement this into their strategy.
making them become more bold, and world more dangerous.
