The video fuckery discussion in this thread got me thinking...

In that discussion, I stated I want to keep it as real as possible with the videos I make, ALWAYS.

I don't ever want to start manipulating my vids (or pictures) and dabbling in the fakery that is so prevalent these days.

But then I had the thought, what if they start building video fuckery into the cameras on smartphones?? Or just cameras in general??

What if they're ALREADY using fuckery, even on still pictures on the displays on new computers? Particularly Apple devices.

I say this because for a few weeks now, if I stare at a picture of somebody's face on my computer (don't ask), I fucking SWEAR I start seeing the eyes move and I start noticing the most SUBTLE changes in the expression of the person in the pic.

It crossed my mind in all these instances that I was seeing that shit accurately and there's some kinda AI situation pre-installed on computers now that 'enhances' the photos in this way.

Has anyone else noticed this??

what i notice now, and i'm pretty sure it has to do with my glasses, is that certain types of colors overlayed create a moving 3d effect. like the brave browser icon? i know the face is centered, but if i look at it in my periphany, the face appears to have followed my angle away. looking at it thru the very edge of my glasses, the white face appears off the red mane. not sure what effect accounts for this. first noticed this with a cellphone i had years back. seems to only be a white on red thing.

Yeah they are messing with the displays...

Apple's always bragging about their "retina displays" or whatever...

Look, I have noooooo idea what that means.

But I don't trust them to be honest about everything they're doing AI/software-wise these days.

They are definitely using fuckery now.

And it's interesting, don't get me wrong...

But when I'm furiously masturbating to somebody's picture, I don't need the distraction of their face changing while I'm trying to bust a girly nut.

It's just weird.

And yeah, I make sure my camera is taped up.

But who knows if that's the only camera on these fuckers nowadays.
