The posterboard looks REALLY white and clean, and the ink doesn't look like it's reflecting natural light, etc.
It's woefully easy to deepfake highly realistic signage these days.

I work at a rest home and let me tell you these older people are totally brainwashed about this covid crap. I drill the truth into them but they habe hard heads like totally brainwashed zombies. I told one lady today she has a computer and she has google so she has zero excuses to not investigate this hoax. I said you got All the time in the world to knit mittens amd stare out the window but no time to read about tge evil creeps trying to euthanize your ass...her reply : oh well sonny i dont have long to live and the least you could do is get vaccinated to protect us older folks.
