I prefer my office chairs to be sort of lower to the floor than most, almost like an office chair made for a midget.
I love a nice THICK padding on the seat and the back. But I do prefer the back of the chair not to be full length. I don't like for them to have a convenient head rest because I'd end up sitting for too long, or more often, I'd just find it uncomfortable... chairs with tall backs almost never get the angle right.
Try getting one with a hole in the seat, so you can always have a bucket on standby for a lazy poop.
I took the head rest off the driver's seat in my car because it's way too high and pushes my head forward.
