But if you 2 are lesbains how I ever supposed to make out with ye?  Whaaa
Dev loves making a charity case's day better by sharing a little of her warmth and beauty up close and personal, Fung, take heart.
Me, not so much.

Well, there's gender reassignment surgery....
I doubt it would be very convincing, Dev, you're too much woman...

And besides, it'd be a transgression of the highest order if you lost those perfect tits you've sent me pics of privately.
I meant him, not me. If he wants to play with the girls, it's down to him to be one.
Off topic:

I just put a solid state drive in a seven year old computer, and Ubuntu boots fast as hell.

An SSD sata not an NvMe? What brand?
Yes the buntu works well so does a unix bash shell.

Oops, that one went right over my head?!

I am still not rocking Ubuntu on any of my machines. Maybe sometime.

Older computers are the best.

My fave Windows is 7 years old too and works lightning fast...

My oldest Mac is from 2011 and it's also snappy. You just have to factory reset Macs every few years and they're good to go again...

They get much slower over the years than Windows.

A 1TB SanDisk SATA drive with a mounting bracket. I got that and a 32GB SanDisk thumb drive to burn the Ubuntu installer image onto for less than $80 US.

I was gonna buy a laptop, but Best Buy wanted too much money for too little computer.  Windows 11 laptops with acceptable performance start at $500 US. Intel and Windows are an evolutionary dead end. Even Apple has moved to ARM.

Ubuntu has a bash shell. I think most Linux distros have.

I thought they wouldn't let you watch AC/DC videos in Oz.

ReactOS may finally good enough to run most Windows XP and 7 programs at this point.

I think the software for most of the lab equipment I want was written for Windows XP or 7. If so, I'll try running it under ReactOS on a second SSD before I shell out for a new Windows PC.

ITB sata drive was it 2.5/3.5 inch? 32gb sandisk is basically a memory card you can get 1TB ones now its kind of like an old USB drive but faster speed read/write.
Its not an NvMe they are high speed drives like a small circuit board that has a slot not a connector. Intel optane can double as a drive and ram.
You can get an 8TB NvMe for like $2.5k. Bash you can code ya own stuff linux someone already has like buntu or fedora or red hat.
The 1TB SATA SSD is 2.5". I got a mounting bracket to fit it to the old 3.5" drive cage. I got SATA because that's what my old motherboard supports.

I have three 1TB USB hard drives for backup. I doubt I'll ever use that much space.

Yeah that sounds good I have a lenovo laptop 12th generation intel, I put more ram in it (only certain type of ram you can put in it) (there is a strange thing about ram I solved the problem for others on Lenovo forum). And got a 2tb 2.5 inch sata drive. It had the bracket in there but not the cable so off ebay this chinese guy sent me a cable for like $12 delivered I got it in 4 days speedpack china. Lenovo wanted $60 and make me wait 6 weeks. Never lenovo again only toshiba or asus. Is yours in a case/box? what is your mobo processor? Ive got a 2tb external drive for my box but I think they may die one day so I think backup online could be better.
