Man they are sooo right on about cleaning the toilet, and I've known this for a while, but I didn't realize it was "a thing"...

Basically, for a long time I've been saying that cleaning a toilet is a GREAT "grounding" technique that will put you right at balance with life. It makes you FEEL a certain type of way. It's good for you. I tried to look up a previous post I thought I made about this, but I didn't find anything.

And the second point (humbleness) is about cleaning toilets too. WHAT THE EFF!?!??!!? This is exactly what I SWEAR I've said in the past about cleaning a toilet and the feeling it gives you.
