ZzzZzzzZzzzZzz.
Welcome to that 10 hour delay on your post approval, Fung.
This is what you get for not being trustworthy.

This is what you get for not being trustworthy.
But I am trustworthy? Ive been good haven't I? Trustworthy I am naughty sometimes maybe.
You and I are both trustworthy.
I like your place dev. It is very functional looking. And a wood coffee table is cool.
Your place looks very functional dev. That's how I imagined your set up. Maybe with like 3 monitors or something though too.
I think you went a little bit to far there, and although I can take anything you can throw at me including bullets.
That was unfair and not amusing. But then you the boss aint ye?
I don't see a need for 3 monitors. Most programs have tabs that allow you to have multiple files open in one window. A single monitor today has a lot more real estate than the 640x480 tubes I started out on.
I actually liked this new desk so much that I ordered two more for a workbench in my electronics lab. It's just a nice, broad, stable surface for doing things on. One of the desks will be for test equipment. The USB equipment will be controlled by a little 11.6" Windows laptop. The other desk will be a soldering and general McGyvering station.
Nice. I run my solar on two separate 12 volt circuits. So I have two separate solar generators basically. Just because I have some mismatched equipment, so I can't combine them without buying more stuff.
I just put all my old equipment on the old circuit. And the new circuit has all of my new, nice stuff. Like the lithium batteries, big inverter, 300 watt solar array.
I need to get some solar panels.

Yeah, I imagine integrating different setups could be tricky. Best to play it safe.

You need to come over here and sit on my lap is what you need to do, missy!
It would certainly be a lot easier to do!?
But yeah, I just want enough solar action to be able to charge like 4 phones, a laptop and a couple of portable battery packs.
I don't care about other stuff.
Why do you need phour fones?
3 of them are used as cameras and 1 of them is my normal phone.
I actually have more than 4, but I am condensing it down to only my favorites for my TEOTWAWKI solar array needs.
You just need one single 100 watt solar panel. That will run a few electronic devices. You can use a car battery to hook it up to.
Then a charge controller (battery charge controller) is used between the solar panels and battery. Pretty simple.
You can't hook a panel straight up to a battery because it will overcharge the battery, and it could explode. :)
