Break your fast with raw garlic and honey.
This way, you sneak the garlic (antiparasitic) in on them using honey (also antiparasitic) on an empty stomach.
This is the same idea behind breaking the fast with maple syrup and baking soda, but that combo isn't aimed specifically at parasites.
Wait 15 minutes and chug a whole glass of water.
Do this at least an hour before you eat anything else.

I dunno what you're saying. Are you saying honey is sugar? Yeah, that's the entire point. You sneak the sugar (which they want) in on them paired with something that kills them (garlic).
Of course this is to be paired with an antiparasite diet in general... it's all about balance. I eat a lot of seafood which is said to contain parasites, but if it is paired with antiparasite foods, it cancels out any danger on a parasitical level.
I don't think people understand what a serious problem parasites really are for humans.
We all have parasites, and I'd argue SOME are supposed to be there, at least to a degree.
However, with the horrible diet most people in the western world subside on, the parasites are entirely out of hand, overrunning the body systems which could otherwise be healthy (with a good diet/lifestyle).
The reason everyone is so unhealthy is because the body system is overrun by all kinds of assaults from bad diets, pharmaceuticals, pollution... if there was even an ATTEMPT to consume a halfway healthy diet (with exercise), people would be so much better off, life expectancy would be longer, etc. The body can handle SOME abuse and you can live to be 90 with SOME habits that are considered unhealthy. But there is too much of an imbalance with our modern diet and lifestyles, and the body can't handle it.
Sucrose dear different than fructose which has the cellulose fiber in it so your body takes what sugar it needs.
May as well just eat sugar.
There is a study from certain bees honey that may reverse this in the pancreas.
But its not proven yet.
