Them baggy sweat pants and the wheat bread with the seeds?!
I recently heard about putting broccoli in a grilled cheese... sounded like a good and pretty healthy use for bread.
Not sure about the texture of broccoli with bread tho, may be better on the side.
Grilled cheese always a winner tho... I think if you have fat and protein with carbs it lessens any bad impact.
I used to be on that hangry sugar rollercoaster alot in my 20s and 30s... you do have to stop at some point and just get moderate and balanced.

Jolly Ranchers may also be a good way to go though... I'm no dietician!

I saw in a video you had those... this could naturally transition into a Jordan Peterson type diet, so you may want to be cautious

If the broccoli was boiled first, it'd be so soft you'd hardly notice it.
It sounds delicious.

I have eaten like 5 of those Jolly Ranchers.
The watermelon one is my favorite flavor, but I got freaked out when I ate one at night and I swear the next day I could still kinda taste it...
That's fucked up.
Like how much flavoring has to be in it to have that kind of residual effect.
Used to get those Jolly Rancher sticks as a kid... that sour apple chemical is prolly still inside me somewhere lol
I ate like 2 cups of grapes today.
Nature's candy...

I LOVE grapes.
It's just...
We've been so mindfucked by candy and all the other sweets, we don't even fully realize that fruit IS nature's candy anymore.
It's kinda like p0rn vs. real sex.
So I'm eating salmon and broccoli.
I was tempted to have rice, but all I've got is white and that just turns to pure sugar so it's pointless.
I should get some brown rice.
Ah man, so simple but so good.
I did put some lemon pepper on it, which I think is a great universal seasoning, but it's especially good for fish.
I'm so grateful right now.
Don't forget hard boiled eggs.
Grapes also go well with cheese.
I just had some grapes and cheese with some olives.
I used the powdered milk to make my ice cream, and it came out just like the store bought kind.
Never have to buy ice cream again.
It also costs half the price.

That's the best part.
I've always thought making your own ice cream or sorbet seemed like the easiest thing ever, hell even I've done it.
