So from what I gather (by doing literally no research), these were invented for 'fidgety' people, those that doctors like to call ADD and all the other kinds of offensive labels which they invent to make money off people.

I have a mad yo-yo collection and I can't even go down this fidget spinner road man. I can't open that can of worms. I can't allow myself to get obsessive.

I mean it's cool, but it's not as involved as a yo-yo... the yo-yo switches it up a little bit because it gets fucked up and you have to rewind it. There's a touch of chaos in the yo-yo.

There's really nothing to a fidget spinner. Having said that... they pass it off a stress/anxiety relief type deal. I guess if it works for people, then good.

I know for me personally, I have a few sledgehammers to relieve my stress. They're kinda heavy and it's hard to find something suitable to smash to bits...

Bah, I'm sticking to the yo-yo.
