I used to be terrified of super old people.
It was so scary and sad.
The horror was real.
I dunno why...
I think it has something to do with little kids understanding that being super old and scary looking is all you have to look forward to in life if you live that long...
Which is really dire and a good example of what a bizarre and absurd thing life actually is.
All the suffering of old age...
I guess I could sense it as a kid and I was just 100% disturbed by it and I wholly rejected it.
But looking back I feel bad for the old people who had to observe that reaction out of me. The elderly seem to love it when children come around... it's like the sun coming out or something. But for a kid to look at you like you're a monster, and cry and stuff... it's probably pretty hurtful.
I'd fear karma over the situation, but I was a little babychild and I couldn't help what I felt... I was just being true. If it happens to me one day, at least I'll understand.
