Some believe that earthquakes and hurricanes have been weaponized and utilized to provide a reason/excuse to send a military presence into those areas to "help"...
Some believe areas such as Haiti, Puerto Rico, and even places in Africa (due to ebola) have been occupied by international forces under the guise of assisting with disasters, which were manmade/manipulated in the first place.
