I'm a transsexual myself and I think that's psycho. I've not had one thing done, other than what the hormones have changed. I can understand wanting to get rid of any traces of "man" though, but this person didn't look like she needed anything. Now she looks like a fucking freak. A joke.

If you don't work hard to keep up that new shape, the fat comes back and it forms in really strange areas and looks uneven and totally fucked up.
