There's a list of things I'm super grateful for, but they are kinda private, so I don't think I'll share them publicly.
But I encourage everybody to write out a list of things you're grateful for, privately, publicly, doesn't matter.
If you don't wanna do that, you can at least run over the various things you're grateful for mentally...
Just allowing the feeling of gratitude to flow around and warm you up is a hugely helpful exercise.
