I think every website should have a photo of the webmaster right at the bottom of each page so you can see what you’re dealing with.
Or they could have a hot avatar in all of their posts. But I see you already have that covered.

You oyya check out mine sometime when I put it on line, I keep it off at night because I have 1000 hackers trying to kill it all the time and I dont know why! I gave up trying to run a forum, In the mornings it would be FULL of spam, so I deleted all the members, and posts and just piss around with it during the day. Insulting everyone that visits! ha ha ha

Just use the tools that are already available in the configuration to mitigate spam.
