I'd like an internet savvy elderly person to come on here and do the same.
I'd like to have an elderly man and an elderly woman poster.
They could make threads and talk to each other on the threads and we could learn from their elderly person conversations.

i used to talk a bit of politics with my granpa, and pretty much every type of event i would reference he'd reply `they did that in the 60s... they did that one in the 70s...` i think this is a huge part of why they put so much effort into destroying the family unit over the past 100 years. knowledge, wisdom, and skills used to be passed down generation to generation. now all the bastard kids get their updates from facebook and wikipedia.
unfortunately his memory isn't what it used to be so i can't really probe history with him.

Once we were eating out and he asked me, "why don't you marry me?" I said "because your wife will take all your money in the divorce." All the old ladies at the table next us having lunch stfu real fast. I think he was trying to troll them and knew I'd say something appropriate.
