tl;dr - intel ceo sells down to minimum stock level conveniently 3 weeks prior to release of massive processor exploit.
i've had a feeling to look into building a new AMD system for a while. i always used AMD prior to the i7 line from intel.
`fixes` to the issue show a 20-30% slowdown in system performance. the exploit allows code to view protected memory space it shouldn't have access to. almost like an engineered backdoor for spy agencies...
intel's R&D is centered in... israel. Intel CEO: We think of ourselves as an Israeli company as much as a US company
