The path of least resistance is typically the best path to take when it comes to matters of physicality.
Choosing a physical path with resistance can result in injury which can become a lifelong challenge.
Perhaps the same principle could apply to matters of intellect in some facets.
It could apply to matters of emotionality.
But I think it is by far most important to consider as it regards the physical realm...
It is also a matter of efficiency...
This is the tool you can use to measure situations.
You have to ask, is it most efficient in this situation to follow the path of least resistance?
Is there going to be extra work, delays, unnecessary challenges and possible setbacks if I take any path other than that of least resistance?
If the answer is yes, then you know what to do.

This doesn't mean it's an "easy" path.
The path of 'least resistance' is not synonymous with the 'easiest path'...
Challenges, delays and resistance are already inherent in existence.
We are looking to avoid additional challenges, delays, and resistance.

I think it's pertinent to mention the concept of cryptic communication as it concerns this topic...
For example, I despise cryptic communication.
My foremost goal in life is communication.
Communication should be clear...
Ideas and concepts should be communicated in absolutely no uncertain terms.
This is because FLAT OUT TRUTH in the most SIMPLIFIED LINGUISTIC FORM POSSIBLE is still hard enough for people to truly grasp and absorb...
There need not be another layer on top of it to veil the communication, and obstruct the understanding.
Even if people generally understand statements, it still takes them TIME to process those statements. Regardless of whether or not they consciously claim to understand what was said.
Cryptic communication only presents resistance and delays the process of absorption and true understanding.
It is therefore inefficient.

Of course the punishment can vary in severity...
It's not always a damning kind of punishment, it's not always something that leads to lifelong issues and challenges as a result of choosing that path.
Sometimes it's engaging to have challenges, sometimes it's fun.
But after a certain point, masochism becomes detrimental and it's no longer a 'fun' game of self-imposed punishment and 'karma' gaming. It's just self-destructive and (frankly) ignorant.

the majority of what we perceive as other people in this realm are not ensouled beings. they are like NPCs in a video game that can be taken over by certain types of beings that cannot exist on their own in a physical state. their goal is to alter our energetic state such that we too can be coopted by these archons. they are the machines from the matrix that feed off of our energy. they want us to be wanting, to be attached to this illusion, to shirk our true essence.
as far as resistance goes... i do not consider avoiding it an absolute. this construct will open paths of little resistance that only tighten the chains of bondage. there is a flow to the god fractal as it iterates. you do not want to fight against the flow and go `upstream` nor do you want to power with the flow `downstream.` some nursery rhymes are far more powerful and meaningful than one might expect.
