There are some Californians who for whatever rare exception don't fall into this criteria (usually people who were born there)...
But for the VAST majority of people who live in that state paying ridiculous prices (for everything)...
I'd say your priorities are heinously askew (i.e. you're trying to get famous in the corpse that is hollywood) or you're a flaming libtard (which is a mental illness) and the state is taking advantage of your uppity judgmental nature.
